Andrew brings his strong history in land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, approvals management and compliance management enabling him to work flexibly on all phases of projects from preparation and tendering through design to construction and handover.
Andrew has 40 years’ experience in managing the development of large, complex projects. Andrew’s experience includes the management of complex approvals, stakeholder relations, landholder relations and land acquisition, transition to operations and complex negotiations with government stakeholders.
He has provided these skills to Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal, New Hope Coal, Queensland Gas Company, CS Energy, Waratah Coal, Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners, Ergon Energy, Itochu, and the State of Queensland’s Coordinator General’s office.
