Richard is a Project Manager and Director and Principal Engineer with substantial project development and delivery experience around the world in South Korea, Germany, India, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Russia, and Oman.
He has been working on the energy transition for many years, having been a senior member of SK ecoplant’s Eco Engineering division and Siemens Headquarter in Germany and on construction sites.
Spending more than five years in Korea, he has been integral to major projects such as Posco Energy’s 789 Project at the Incheon LNG Combined Cycle Power Plant, Wirye, Dangjin 4 and Jangmoon CCPP.
At SK ecoplant, he helped developed a brown field regulating station to support Uzbekistan’s intermittent renewable generation as well as diverse portfolio encompassing generation technologies for LNG and hydrogen as well as SOC fuel cell technology. At Siemens, Richard last optimised EPC construction estimates and implemented new and improved execution approaches for site execution and management.
