Winnie combines intrapreneurial drive with entrepreneurial flair, with extensive experience managing both local and international ventures. 

As a Project Manager, she streamlines internal processes and leads client pitches, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget. Her initiatives in strategic and critical thinking with hands-on project execution deliver outcomes that meet both business and creative objectives. 

She joined Arche Energy as Project Manager for the Publications team. She assists the Director of Corporate Affairs in managing projects for the team of writers, editors, and designers. Winnie also working closely with the executives to coordinate and recruit outsourced team as needed.
