Peter is a leading commercial executive, project manager and engineer with a proven record on large infrastructure and resources projects. He has worked for asset owners, construction contractors and EPCM consultants. With 20 years of experience in engineering and construction and a reputation for delivering outcomes, Peter draws on diverse experience to achieving clients’ business and project outcomes.
Peter has led commercial tenders and negotiations of large and small contracts for EPC, EPCM, construct only, design only, and services delivery on both client and contractor sides. He has also administered and managed the delivery against those contract conditions on behalf of owners or clients. He negotiates and awards subcontracts, processes payment claims and SOPA compliance, monitors cashflow, submits contractual claims, and conducts dispute resolutions.
