Matt is an experienced engineer and manager who has been delivering multidisciplinary projects for the past 25 years. He works across the project lifecycle from feasibility through detail design to manufacture, construction and commissioning of complex heavy industrial plants and systems.

He also understands the detailed process to procure complex products and services from expression of interest through contract execution, manufacture, final inspection and delivery.

Matt is a qualified contracts professional who recognises the importance of, and possesses the necessary skills to, formalise engineering agreements incorporating both the scope and the identified risks without ambiguity. He is a dispute practitioner with both the training and experience to achieve timely outcomes, enabling transition beyond the disagreement.

As a qualified team coach, Matt incorporates varied stakeholder expectations prior to integrating towards a common objective. His passion is to get involved, align business outcomes and drive the solution to our common goal.
